About Hull

Hull designs, manufactures, installs, and services cGMP freeze drying systems, lyophilizers, for a wide range of pharmaceutical and biotech products. We have been doing so for over fifty years. Hull Freeze Dryers are used world-wide in the production of Parenteral and Vetinary drugs, BioTech materials, and Diagnostics products.

Hull offers full in-house Factory Acceptance Testing and IQ, OQ, and SIT documentation packages for our freeze drying equipment. We design our lyophlizers to Pharmaceutical cGMP industry standards and our control systems are GAMP 4 compliant and validatable to 21 CFR Part 11, Electronic Records and Signatures. Our pharmaceutical process vessels are engineered and built to the ASME section VIII Division 1 standards for unfired pressure vessels and Hull is certified to perform repairs and alterations in the field to any manufacturer's pressure vessel. Our Warminster quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 registered.

Hull also supplies manual and automatic loading and unloading systems, lyophilizer rebuilding services, and field-installion retrofit services. We supply and retrofit refrigeration and heat transfer, vacuum, and clean-in-place process skids, process vessels ASME code certified for steam-in-place use, and product shelf bundles. Installation services, emergency repair services, preventative maintenance programs, and complete OEM parts support are available for all new and renewed equipment and upgrades. We also support lyophilizers manufactured by others.
