Hull designs, manufactures, installs, and services cGMP vacuum freeze drying equipment (lyophilizers) for the reliable preservation of a wide range of pharmaceutical and fine chemical products. Hull provides both standard and customized equipment including vacuum freeze dryers, shelf dryers, freezers, modular refrigeration vacuum skids, ASME pressure vessels, shelf bundles, and freeze dryer autoloading systems.
Hull offers new and custom designed equipment and also can provide remanufacturing services and remanufactured and revalidated equipment.
Hull offers full in-house testing, IQ/OQ/CSQP documentation packages, installation services, and after-sale technical service and replacement parts. Sub-systems are also available including in-house fabricated modular refrigeration systems, shelf bundles, and ASME code pressure vessels suitable for SIP and CIP.
Hull sponsors seminars in lyophilization fundamentals and equipment maintenance. We also offer on-site training sessions.
